Remember that adequate recovery allows exercise to be a stress reliever instead of a stress generator. You should always feel energized after your workout, not depleted. Fuel your activity with the right pre- and post-workout nutrition, lots of fresh water, and schedule appropriate rest and recovery days into your weekly routine. |
