• NIKE Training Club App: Free fitness app that offers workouts (cardio, strength, etc.), yoga, wellness tips, and nutrition guidance for all fitness levels.
• ABE For Fitness Video Library:  Activity Bursts Everywhere (ABE) for Fitness Program offers a free video library of 3-8 minute activity bursts which you can perform at home, office, or anywhere.
• FitnessBlender: You can access FitnessBlender through their website (which allows you to search by difficulty, time, body focus, training type, and more) and their YouTube channel.
• Foundation Training: I really enjoyed reading Dr. Eric Goodman's book True to Form. Find excellent fitness videos at FT's YouTube channel.
• Jessica Smith TV:  a YouTube channel featuring a large collection of exercise videos, including "5-Minute Fix" workouts and "No Equipment Needed" Routines.  Here are a variety of her 30 minute workouts: Total Body Strength, Total Body Strength Circuit, No Equipment Indoor Cardio, HIIT Cardio + Abs, Stretch & Flexibility.
• Live Strong Woman: a YouTube channel featuring free core and strength training videos as well as an "essentials" section with short video clips of specific strength training exercises. 
• POPSUGAR Fitness: PopSugar's YouTube channel features a wide variety of workout videos including the latest trends.
• Trifecta Pilates: This YouTube channel features at-home Pilates workouts that don't require a Reformer or other expensive equipment.
• ​XPT Life (Extreme Performance Training): Founders Gabby Reece, Laird Hamilton & Brian Mackenzie offer a website full of free fitness workouts (including instructional videos), recipes and lifestyle tips.

• Daily Burn:  Although www.dailyburn.com is a pay-by-the-month streaming class website, they offer a free 30-day trial to new customers.
  
• Physique 57:  Although www.physique57.com is a pay-by-the-month streaming class website, they offer a free 30-day trial to new customers.
  
• Pilatesology:  Although www.pilatesology.com is a pay-by-the-month streaming pilates class website, they offer a free trial (12 classes for 2 weeks, no credit card required).

Older Adults

• The Standing Strong Program: A Program to Improve Strength and Balance in Older Adults.  This is one of the best strength and balance programs that I have seen.  Be sure to scroll down to view the photos and descriptions of the exercises.​
