On-line Yoga Classes

Boho Beautiful: A YouTube channel featuring a nice assortment of yoga styles and class lengths, all in inspiring outdoor locations that create a truly enchanting experience. Please note that these classes are MUCH MORE CHALLENGING than Adriene and Kassandra's YouTube channels (see below).

Yoga with Adriene: Adriene offers free yoga classes on YouTube, including seasonal classes and 30 day challenges. Classes typically run 15-30 minutes.

Yoga with Kassandra: Kassandra offers free yoga classes on YouTube, including yin, vinyasa flow, and gentle stretch classes. Classes vary in length. from 6-60 minutes.

Yoga U Online: This YouTube channel offers yoga pose tutorials a new videos every Friday.

Yoga Journal: Yoga Journal's YouTube channel has a variety of yoga classes and tutorials. In addition, the on-line version of Yoga Journal, www.yogajournal.com, offers free yoga class videos as well as tutorials.
