My Approach to Nutrition

There is no "perfect" way to eat for everyone.  The one thing that holds true is that REAL FOOD RULES to achieve optimal health.  As a starting point, I advocate eating whole, minimally processed, nutrient-rich foods.  However, each of us is unique. Your nutrition should be based on your current health, goals, digestion, food sensitivities, preferences, activity level, the season and more.  Most importantly, food should be enjoyable and provide you with the energy to live your life to the fullest.  When deciding how and what to eat, the best questions to ask yourself is "What makes me thrive?".
Enjoy these resources - and contact Sam if you'd like more guidance toward better habits and a healthy and sustainable eating strategy.
