Corrective Exercise & Alignment
for improved posture and mobility, injury prevention,  and sports performance

Your body works as a unit, so muscle imbalances and joint misalignment in one part of your body affect other muscles and joints. Corrective Exercise & Alignment is a systematic process of identifying and correcting neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction. With certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Postural Alignment Specialist in the Egoscue Method, Sam incorporates corrective exercise, flexibility training, yoga therapeutics and postural alignment exercises in her approach.
