The Gokhale Method

The Gokhale Method is a system of healthy posture and movement that helps to restore your structural integrity so you can enjoy an active and pain-free life.  The Gokhale Method builds strength and resilience and minimizes compression, tension, and degeneration with the goal to return you to your inherent "primal posture".
