Through the years, I've been fortunate to discover, and rediscover, the beauty of strength and balance in my physical body and in my life. I continue to experience first-hand how a balanced diet, lifestyle and fitness routine allow me to feel great and take advantage of the outdoor activities in these beautiful mountains that I call home. The more I learn about the human body and ways to improve health and well-being, the more excited I am to learn more and to continue to share it with others. I love what I do!  
My goal is to guide you toward more strength, freedom and balance in your body and mind. I believe this is best done by a holistic approach that considers your unique goals and needs. My private health coaching, fitness, Ayurveda and yoga services allow me to create a balanced, empowering and highly effective experience for you in a safe and supportive environment. My qualifications include high-level certifications, extensive training and, most importantly, direct client experience in the fields of health, fitness, yoga and therapeutics.
