The Egoscue Method
The Egoscue Method is a postural therapy designed to eliminate pain. The method focuses on a series of gentle body positions, stretches and exercises to correct misalignments in the musculoskeletal system.
Using the blueprint of the human body as a guide, the Egoscue Method's goal is to bring about a state of muscular balance. By removing postural dysfunction and the resulting movement compensations, the Egoscue Method returns the individual to their optimal blueprint.
