Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy

We are each unique. A therapeutic and fun class for one person may cause imbalance or even injury to another person. Experience how Ayurveda informs your yoga practice and creates even greater balance and wellness in your life.
 
As a Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, Sam will teach you how to:
  • Learn which types of yoga classes are most beneficial for you
  • Master the poses that will create the most harmony and healing in your body
  • Discover how to adapt poses in any public class to stay more balanced
  • Understand how to adapt your yoga practice to the changing seasons and changing circumstances
  • Optional: Explore the types of pranayama and meditation best suited for your unique needs
