When you're physically hungry, eat!  And enjoy your favorite nourishing foods with gusto.  But when you find yourself craving food when you're not physically hungry or craving foods that you know won't make you feel great afterward, take a few deep breaths and read on...

Guided Meditation to Manage Food Cravings

This 5-minute guided meditation incorporates the STOP principle and is a wonderful practice to incorporate when you find yourself wanting to eat when you aren't physically hungry.
  • S: Stop
  • T: Take 3 deep breaths
  • O: Observe the sensations in your body, your emotions & your thoughts
  • P: Proceed​​ in a way that supports you
