Begin to stabilize your routine.
The transition between seasons is a time when your outer environment (the land and weather) as well as your inner environment (your digestion and constitution) fluctuate daily, and sometimes throughout a single day. With so much changing inside you and around you, it's the perfect time to begin moving into a routine (if you don't already have one). It's amazing how grounding regular meal, wake and sleep times are - Your body and mind will thank you! In fact, science is proving that WHEN you eat is as important as WHAT you eat (more here).
