Connect to your breath and body in this all-levels hatha yoga class. Class pace is slow enough to allow focus on proper alignment and to safely move into more challenging poses. Modifications will be offered, so join us even if you've never stepped on a yoga mat before!
Mat Pilates (Core Strength) Class
Enjoy building a strong, balanced core in this strengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk), including your abdominal and back muscles. This class will focus on proper alignment and mindful movements. Modifications will be offered. Connect to your inner strength in a supportive setting.
No-equipment Strength Class
This class features multi-muscle, multi-joint exercises with an emphasis on leg, glute, hip, and abdominal strengthening - and no gym equipment is needed. I'll offer exercise modifications and focus on proper alignment. We'll end the class with static stretches.
Stretch + Restore Class
Enjoy finding freedom, flexibility, and ease in your body and mind. We'll begin with upper and lower body stretches and end with a relaxing and grounding guided body scan which you can enjoy either sitting or lying down.
