Brian's Homemade Salsa

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until chilled and flavors have combined, 2+ hours.
- 3 28 oz. cans whole peeled tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 medium sweet or yellow onion, diced
- 2 fresh jalapenos (or more to taste), diced
- 1 Tab. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- splash of lemon juice
- optional: 1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed & drained, slightly chopped
