Short-cut Black Bean Salsa
Prepare day before or allow 2+ hours for flavors to blend.
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to blend. Dip with fresh jicama and red/yellow/orange bell pepper slices. Also great in place of a dressing on a green salad.
- 1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed, drained & roughly chopped
- 1 12 oz. jar hot salsa
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 1/2 - 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. lime juice (optional)
