Prep food the night before to make your morning run more smoothly. Schedule your exercise, meditation and yoga time right into your calendar.
Enjoy a hobby. Reading, dancing, yoga, knitting, gardening, writing, painting and other hobbies have been scientifically proven to reduce stress.
