- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 1 large lemon or 2 medium lemons
- 1 Tab. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. allspice powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Place all ingredients in a small mason jar, cover and shake to blend. Add additional salt & pepper, to taste.
Serve over Buddha Bowls, salads, roasted vegetables or sautéed greens.
