- 1 Tab. coconut oil, butter or ghee
- 2 - 3 bunches of greens (kale, Swiss chard, collard greens, mustard greens, etc.), rinsed & roughly chopped
- 1/2 sweet, yellow or red onion, thinly sliced into long strips
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- sea salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Heat fat over medium heat. Add greens, onion and garlic. Saute for 5-10 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Add salt & pepper, to taste. Serve warm.
