Basic Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
- juice of 3 limes or lemons
- ½ tsp. cumin powder
- ¼ tsp. coriander powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- optional: 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/8 – 1/4 tsp. garlic powder)
Whisk together ingredients.
Serve over Buddha Bowls, salads, roasted vegetables or sautéed greens.
