Warm Cinnamon Apple Topping
This is a simple side or dessert by itself, or serve over store-bought or coconut yogurt or vanilla ice cream. This is the topping that I use over my Pumpkin Pancakes.
Peel and core apples, then chop into small, bite-size pieces. Melt butter in medium sauté pan over medium heat, then add remaining ingredients. Cook for 5 – 10 minutes, or until apples are tender.
- 3 large apples
- 2 Tab. butter (or ghee or coconut oil)
- 2 Tab. apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. salt
