Sun Tea
Delightfully refreshing on hot days!
Place herbal tea of your choice in a glass pitcher of water and cover with plastic wrap (to keep the bugs out!). Place pitcher outside in direct sunlight for about 3-5 hours (move pitcher as needed to keep it in direct sunlight). On hot days, enjoy slightly cool (but not iced). Otherwise, enjoy at room temperature or warm from the sun.
