Short-cut Baked Beans (Vegetarian)
- 2 28-oz. cans vegetarian baked beans
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 2 Tab. molasses
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
Cook on stovetop for 1 – ½ hours at a slow simmer, or in crockpot on high for 2 hours.
