Sesame Ginger Dressing
Great over steamed or in a salad or Buddha Bowl.
Blend all ingredients in high-powered blender.
Serve over Buddha Bowls, salad, roasted vegetables or sautéed greens.
- ½ cup sesame tahini
- 1 Tab. grated ginger
- 2 Medjool dates (soak in hot water first, remove pits)
- juice of 1 lemon (pittas use lime)
- 1 tsp. miso paste
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- optional: ¼ tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 cup water
Blend all ingredients in high-powered blender.
