Sesame Ginger Dressing
- ½ cup sesame tahini
- 1 Tab. grated ginger
- 2 large Medjool dates, pits removed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. miso paste
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup water
Blend all ingredients in high-powered blender. Serve over roasted vegetables or massaged greens.
