Roasted Dandelion Tea
This is a great stomach-soothing, caffeine-free alternative to coffee.
Boil the water & dandelion root in a small pot for 5-10 minutes. Add milk (if using) and heat for 1 minute. Strain and enjoy.
- 2 Tab. roasted dandelion root
- 2 cups water
- optional: almond milk (or 100% coconut milk), 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
