Pumpkin Smoothie
- 1 c. all-natural pumpkin puree
- 1 c. milk of your choice (almond, coconut, etc.)
- 2 Tab. maple syrup
- 1 c. pumpkin pie spice (or 1/3 tsp. nutmeg & 2/3 tsp. cinnamon)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. ice
Process all ingredients in a blender.
