Lemon Tahini Dressing
This dressing is wonderful over roasted vegetables, green salads & Buddha Bowls.
Whisk together all ingredients, or use a blender. Add additional salt & pepper, to taste.
*To make a sauce, eliminate apple cider vinegar, reduce extra-virgin olive oil to 2 Tab. and add 1/3 cup or more of warm water.
- 1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil*
- 1/3 c. sesame tahini
- 1 Tab. apple cider vinegar
- juice of 3 large lemons (limes are great in the warmer summer months!)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 - 1 tsp. sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1/4 tsp. turmeric
