Lemon Miso Tahini Dressing
This dressing is wonderful over roasted vegetables, sautéed greens, salads & Buddha Bowls.
Whisk together all ingredients, or use a blender. Slowly add ¼ cup warm water or more to get desired consistency.
- 1/4 cup sesame tahini
- 2 - 4 Tab. miso paste
- 2 Tab. extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- ½ - 1 tsp. grated ginger or ¼ tsp. ground ginger
- salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- optional: ¼ tsp. ground turmeric
