Lemon Miso Tahini Dressing

This dressing is wonderful over roasted vegetables, sautéed greens, salads & Buddha Bowls.​
  • 1/4 cup sesame tahini
  • 2 - 4 Tab. miso paste
  • 2 Tab. extra virgin olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ - 1 tsp. grated ginger or ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • optional: ¼ tsp. ground turmeric

Whisk together all ingredients, or use a blender.  Slowly add ¼ cup warm water or more to get desired consistency.
