Lemon Dressing
Great over fresh or steamed veggies or in a salad. This is the dressing I use on my Rainbow Kale Salad.
Place all ingredients in a small glass jar; shake well.
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (or cold-pressed walnut oil)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
