Ginger Tea
I love to make this tea to settle my mind or my tummy. It's comfort in a cup. To improve digestion, sip a small amount before, with or after meals. Use caution in summer as ginger is heating.
Bring water & ginger to boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 - 30 minutes. Strain & serve.
- 4 c. water
- 1 inch knob of fresh ginger root, sliced into 2 - 3 pieces (peel if not organic)
