Creamy Lime Tahini Dressing
This dressing is wonderful over roasted vegetables, green salads & Buddha Bowls.
Whisk together all ingredients, or use a blender. Add additional salt & pepper, to taste. If desired, add 1-4 Tab. water to create a thinner consistency.
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup sesame tahini
- juice of 3-4 large limes
- 1 Tab. apple cider vinegar (with the "mother")
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
