Collard Wrap
- steamed or blanched collard leaves
- alfalfa or broccoli sprouts
- chopped fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro or basil)
- salt & black pepper to taste
- fillings of your choice
- Spring ideas:
- steamed kale, asparagus, broccoli & snap peas, spiced with cayenne or Sriracha sauce + chopped green onions & shredded red radish
- Summer & Early Fall ideas:

- steamed or roasted winter squash + avocado
- non-vegetarian option: chicken satay
- Spring ideas:
Place fillings along length of cooked collard leaf, roll up, and enjoy.
