Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
- 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- optional: 1 large clove garlic, minced
Add ingredients to glass jar and shake well. Add additional salt & pepper if desired.
