Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- optional: 1 large clove garlic, minced
Place all ingredients in a small mason jar, cover and shake to blend. Add additional salt & pepper if desired.
