- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
- juice of ½ lemon or 1 small lime
- 1 garlic clove, minced (can substitute 1/8 – 1/4 tsp. garlic powder)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy, even consistency.
Serve over Buddha Bowls, salad, roasted vegetables or sautéed greens.
