Almond Coconut Sauce (Faux Peanut Sauce)
This dressing is wonderful over roasted vegetables, green salads & Buddha Bowls.
Mix all ingredients together in medium saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat until sauce thickens, stirring often. Makes 2 cups.
- 1 ¼ cups coconut milk
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup Tamari sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 – 1 ½ tsp. chili powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- juice from ½ lime
