Live Online Strength Training Class

This week's bonus class is geared to individuals who want even more strength training (in addition to my Wednesday No-equipment Strength Training class) and have dumbbells at home. This class features multi-muscle, multi-joint exercises and includes work with dumbbells for the arms, chest and back. This is a great opportunity to kick your strength training up a notch. I'll offer exercise modifications and focus on proper alignment. This is a by-donation class.
