Equipment: You can purchase a $5 hi-bounce pinky ball on Amazon that will work for many of the exercises but, if you enjoy this method as much as I do, I recommend investing $100 for the complete Tune Up bundle, which includes a pair of each of the 4 therapy balls. Once you start exploring these self-massage techniques, you'll understand the benefits of the netted bags for the original balls, plus balls and alpha balls.
