Core Strengthening Class
Enjoy building a strong, balanced core in this 30-minute class. Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles, especially your abdominals. This is a by-donation class.
- Class Level: appropriate for all levels
- Class Length: 30 minutes
- Recommended Props:
- 2-4 bath/beach towels
- If your neck is very tight, a thin pillow or blanket
In order to participate, please submit a Participant Profile and Waiver Form then I'll send you log-in details.
This class is by donation through Venmo (@Samantha-Zilvitis) or Paypal (paypal.me/ParkCitySam). ANY amount is wonderful. You can send me your donation before or after the class.
