On the first Thursday of every month, I offer a Tabata-style sports conditioning class, which takes advantage of the incredible benefits of high intensity interval training. My typical Tabata-style strength class features 10 exercises done for 8 sets each, with a 10-second rest period in between each 20-second set.
On the third Thursday of every month, I offer a unique interval-style sports conditioning class.
I always offer modifications and cue for varying intensity levels, so this class is appropriate for all levels.
